This is what you need to make avocado treatment. (Coconut oil is just an optional )
Spoon
Avocado
Olive oil
Plate
Strainer or fork
I sickle the avocado in two then take them out and put it on the sil.
And press it down as you can see on the picture. I'm doing this because I want anything left from the avocado and I wanted smooth. if you don't have this brown thing please use fork instead.
It will turn like this afterwards. Then take 2 spoon of Olive oil and 2 spoon of Coconut oil. And mix them all together on the plate.
It should look like this.
I divided my hair in six section, just to make easy to finger detangling my hair. And smooth it in, massage it gently. Just like you are doing your perm. Make sure to do this treatment when your hair is DRY HAIR. Because you get better result then wet hair. I have always done my DC on DRY HAIR.
It should look like this.
Wait 30 mins and then rinse it out with cool water.
Here are the result after 30 min. rinse it out with water and TADAA!!! I love it!!!
Alll shinning and soft. After this I put my LCO- method.
So today I just left my hair Afro puff today. (My hair is not stretch out)

First I want you guys to watch this video. Before you pop off with questions. This method has been one of the BEST natural community, in whole WORLD. This is one of the best advice EVER about how to moisturize your natural hair or how to keep it moisturize. That is the most important than EVER, so that your hair not get dry. This method works for everybody , it doesn't matter if your hair is curly,kinky, locs , wavy or frizzy.
This works. Now as you watched the video the method have two differences way to keep your hair moisturize, either is LOC- method or LCO- method.
What does LOC- method mean?
L= liquid =water
O= Oil
C= Cream
What does LCO-method mean?
L= liquid =water
C= Cream , leave in, or moisturizing hair lotion
O= Oil
How the LOC Method Works
Liquid (water) hydrates the hair. This is usually accomplished when you wash your hair. After washing your hair and rinsing it free of shampoo and/or conditioner, water remains.
As mentioned above, if water is not sealed into the hair shaft it will dry/evaporate. That’s why the next step in the process is essential.
Oil is the key in this equation. It coats the hair and locks in the moisturizing benefits of water and your conditioner. Jojoba oil is great because it’s a lightweight. Olive oil, coconut oil and Castor oil are also popular choices for many naturals.Cream is the final ingredient after applying an oil to your hair. Creams are heavier in weight than oils and provide a solid base to help keep the moisture sealed in to your hair. Those with fine hair should be careful with this step because heavy creams can easily weigh hair down.
I used to use LOC-method but I have change it to LCO-method, because that method works for much better than the LOC-method. In my LCO-method I use, Water , ORS Oil moisturizing hair lotion as my Cream and I use Olive oil, Coconut oil, and Castro oil all mix together as my Oil.
Most curly hair use either LOC-method or LCO-method but it depends on everybody and which works as well. I recommend to ALL MY KINKS SISTERS to use LCO - method to moisturizer your hair, because that's what works for us.

Today I wanted to share you guys DIY ( Do It Yourself) avocado treatment as in DC ( Deep condition).
This is my second time using avocado and I must say that I really love it for this winter term. It makes my hair soo SUPER SOFT. It has a lot of Good stuff in it, so I really recommended you guys to use it as well or if you already doing it then that is really awesome. I think that I put avocado in for this winter as my new update of DC. TO ALL MY KINKS WOMEN / SISTERS OUT THERE I SUGGEST THAT YOU GUYS TRY THIS AS WELL =)
I use avocado with Olive oil and Coconut oil as well. You don't have to put Coconut oil if you don't have it. Gently message it on my hair, smooth it and finger detangling my hair. Put plastic cup and waited 45 min and then I rinse it out with cool water. And the result came out really good.
Avocado is good for your skin and for your hair as well.
Benefit of Avocado
Avocados are full of some really great vitamins and nutrients such as Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin K, Vitamin E, Fiber, Folate, Copper, Potassium, Zinc, Oleic acid and other essential fatty acids. They have been used for centuries in treating various ailments and illnesses, including hair and skin diseases.Avocados have been said to help improve scalp circulation, strengthen the hair, stimulate circulation, aid in hair loss, improve texture and help nourish dry, brittle hair.
Avocado is great for quick softening, moisturizing and deep conditioning. They are rich in fatty acids which are very nourishing for dry, brittle hair. Avocados are also rich in vitamins, protein and amino acids to promote healthy and stronger hair.
Benefits of avocado with Olive Oil
Olive oil provides a nourishing base for hair oil treatments. Like avocados, olive oil also provides significant amounts of vitamin E and healthy fats. On this winter I needed some very very thick cream and I just forgot that.. I still have this cream lotion. ORS Olive Oil Moisturizing Hair Lotion, I did use this when my hair was relax and their brand as well but now that my hair is natural it still works for my hair. Which is sooo amazing to me and since I'm in the cold weather I needed also a oil as well.
So I mix the lotion and put Extra Virgin Olive oil and Extra Virgin Coconut oil and Castro oil and then I just mix it all together and put it on my small bottle with heart on it. I use my creamy mix every day and night and so far it has been reallly good to me. I really recommend you guys try this especially to all my KINKS WOMEN OUT THERE.
ORS Olive Oil Moisturizing Hair Lotion is of course organic but it's not because it has Petrolatum.
But the otherwise it's good, as long as it works for my hair. That's what it really matters to me. I love it btw hihi =)

As you can see I have tried so hard, to find which products works for my Wash n Go. I have watched so many and many channels on YouTube about have to get the look. I know that Wash n Go its not for everybody but I decide to give it a try. And I did actually succeed it but I didn't succeed to get my kink curls, because it took me for long to do the wash n go and my hair was really really wet and all that. I just couldn't take it anymore LOL. My arms were really tired.
As you can see on the picture, when I do NOT have no products on my hair...it get really frizzy and to get that kinks curls out I have to use either Gel or Mouse with curl pudding. Yes, this time I learned it LOL.
What I use :
-Co-wash or shampoo your hair first
- Don't let your hair be dry use water bottle spray
- LOC-method or LCO
- Shea butter
- Coconut oil
- Eco style gel
- Hair bean
You have smooth one step at the time, so that you don't get the flakes on your hair. I know that Wash n Go can be really hard, but just give a try like I did. What I did as mistake was not doing the technique to get my kinks curls popping but next time I will do it again. Yolanda Renee has good advice here about wash n go. I have watched this video and I must say it WORK!!!!

Here are the process from the straw set result.
It lasted really good but first day.... it was a lot of definition than the rest of the days but I like it anyway.
And I also had difference of styles too , but I will tell you that the shrinkage is no JOKE it's real . As you can see on my pictures . Day 6 was really frizzy and the kinks were popping which I like, I still moisturize every day and night but this weekend I haven't done my DC yet. But I will do it on Monday for sure because I getting also tired of this style anyway LOL. But yea....What do you guys think?
On Sunday, I wanted to look a little bit different with my hair. So I check it on Youtube and I came across to Straw set.... I was like Can you style your hair with Straw set????=OO WOOOW that sounds crazy but it WORKS.... trust me it does. So I wanted to do the same thing. I went to town searching for not thinning straw set but in the medium size because y'all know that nobody have time to do over 200 straw set. That's too much. I found one with 50 straw set in it so I cut them in a half and started to do this style on Friday since I didn't have nothing to do.
I put on my hair: LCO ( that I had it already)
spray water , texture my way keep it curly curl pudding
and then I put the the same brand with mouse on it

I twist my hair and then I put straw set in my hair and take bobby pins.
I did 72 straw set I was a little bit worried about how I going to sleep. But I must say it was really comfortable , it was much better than rollers. Can't wait the result tomorrow.

I was so excited to use it and I must say that..... Just because it was cheap...it cost me 2 pound.... I used it only twice and it left my hair really HARD. It felt really uncomfortable to touch my own hair, I didn't recognize it anymore. I thought it could be the avocado treatment, but it wasn't because of the treatment that I did. That is why I did it again wash all out and do it over again and still..... it was still hard for my hair. So even doe the product was cheap and all that it doesn't work for my hair. So.....

Last weekend was really stressful for me.
But I made it anyway to his contest ,plus it was really cheap soo why not. It better to take the chance than never right.
So anyway my gf talked about having her pre-bday there since she will busy at her bday in 4th dec.
And I didn't know that he was coming to Sweden especially where I live. I got all the information little bit too late but I managed to buy the tickets. WOow I couldn't believe that Fatman is coming here in Malmo and exactly that day,I was working and I didn't know when I would be finishing with working. I succeeded to have an good excuse to escape from work n hurry up and get dress... u know ready to party lol.
I was not only celebrating my gf pre bday, I was celebrating my hair journey as well and plus I am finally single again. It felt so good.... oh yea I forgot to mission that I was in a relationship for a couple of months until November and it wasn't working for me. So I ended relationship for the best. I couldn't be more happier than that. The contest was good and his performance was sooo awesome , he was the best. I really enjoyed together with my girls and yea after some hours they left my girls because they didn't live at the same area as I do , plus they have work tomorrow so they left a little bit earlier.
And there was I alone... I have never felt that way before and I must say that I hate it. I couldn't go with them because we live at the same area plus the buses didn't work until 6 am!! Two hours!! Now I felt really bad for myself. I saw other girlfriend that I know n thought that, maybe we could hang out and have some at the club.... that girl just left once again and I'm sick of been someone baby mama looking for her daughter. So I left the club and I slept at the station for two FREAKIN hours!!! After coming home my feet HURTS after been walking from work and dancing... you women know what am talking about LOL.
Otherwise I really enjoyed be with my girls, partying having some fun =)

Am still awake at this time, can't sleep so figure that I should write some of my latest post on my blog. A lot of things has happened in the month of November and more exciting experience is coming on next year, I just can't wait to share my biggest news.
But enough of that...I have finally got the bag that I won from the competition, I got it from last month and I loved it soo much. I was soo happy to receive that bag, everyone loved it and they wish have the bag too. Maybe next competition lol

Yeap , one year has come and it doesn't felt like at all. It felt like yesterday actually when I went to my girlfriends house and beg her to cut off my hair. I didn't cry at all because I WAS READY TO THIS. I had everything prepared and must say that this is the most tough decision I have ever had in my LIFE.
And it was good decision too because I enjoyed my hair every single moment. For me it doesn't matter if it's long, short , medium, big, or anything at all , the most important is that I take care of it and embrace my kinky hair, and just let it grow. I have learn so many good things to do with my hair, I know at least most of it. I love to try something new all the time. The one thing that I have not succeed yet, is " Wash n Go" I am still learning about which products will works for my "Wash n GO" but other than that I have found , from the past of the whole months until now... I have found those products that works for my hair and which doesn't.
But still there are a lot of things I want to try on hair. Like Curly fro and many more LOL
My hair has grow about the half for inches more than I expected. I have only use protection style twice and from my experiences , the last time I did...I get some breakage from my edges. Which wasn't but right now it better , at least I know that if I don't do a lot of protective my hair grows more. But I didn't had a lot of breakage, it was just little. This picture is on my hair is stretch out, it doesn't shrink up a lot like it used to do.
My hair is a lot thinker, which I love sooo MUCH and bigger.
The length of my hair is : Front 5 inch , left 5 inch , right 5 inch , back side left 5,2 inch , back side right 5 inch and the middle is 5 inch as well.

This week is my last weekend having my protective style Kinky twist with Afro Marley Braid. It has been two months now, I can't even believe it myself but well well, time is running so fast. But it's finally here and it has grow that much a,s you all can see on the pictures. My hair is more thinker and thinker than EVER!!!( I LVOE IT) LOL
Two months was better improvement than one month, one month was like nothing for me but my goal is two months anyway so yea. I have finally made it, and it's time to take them OFF!! I can't wait on Friday. I will post a picture on my blog and show you guys the result.

Yesterday I was searching for on website and on you tube, searching for how to do your own satin bonnet.
I did ordered it but it didn't turn out as I wanted. And that was a waste of my money but anyway I wanted a real satin to keep my hair moisture every night, so that I don't need to moisture it every night. Because that can be too much as well. So I came across on this video on YouTube , shocking to believe I never knew that it was so DAMN EASY. So I went to store bought material and the rest I got it all home so I just over watched the video once again and then I started to make it. Result came really good I'm so proud of myself, right now I don't need to taste my money for it because I can do it all by myself, and so CAN YOU. The material isn't expensive at ALL. YOu guys should watch this video can make it on your own =)
I won a competition for international, and I was glad that this person were doing this giveaway. SO I decide to join the competition, I never thought that I will be the winner , but I followed hers instruction and yea I just waited and waited then I got a massage from her that I won. And I was sooo happy. I won a beautiful bag from Ghana it's a really good purse that you can go to party, dinner to church every where. As long as the outfit fit into the bag. It's has been awhile since I post something on my blog. And that's because I have been busy busy busy all by myself, doing me. And am very sorry that I have promise so much for us that I will keep posting and posting but unfortunately things has change. I hope you guys understand me.
What I been doing lately is Studying Math and English which is sooo like hard for me to get back and study especially at home .... which doesn't works for, so I study at the library and then I come back home. My protective style is doing fine and I think that I will do other protective style which will be crochet braids.... but I don't know I will keep that in my mind. This month is a very very special month for ME and I will celebrate sooo HARD!!! ONE YEAR BEEN ALLL NATURAL it feels like yesterday lol but am loving it every single moment.
It's raining all the time in Sweden, the weather started to get more colder than EVER.... trust me LOL you don't want to get out =P My girlfriend offered me to work with her as a servant in a restaurant, which I am soo glad that she ask me about it.
But other than that.... that was it guys I will post some couple of days

I have always wanted to talk about this for a long time now, since I become all natural. I live in Sweden,Europe. And this is my statement about natural hair brands.
There are a lot of women and girls in international as like me, who wants their hair become also healthy and let their hair become natural as well. I'm not just talking only one country but I'm talking about all over the country, it doesn't matte if you live in Europe or in Africa. I'm very proud of natural hair community that they embracing the natural hair, and there are also natural hair women on YouTube were you can get tips about their hair and how they take care of it. That's really AWESOME, even me myself have learned so many things from them.
BUT!!!!
Where are the products???? When you need them??? I couldn't find anyway natural product on hair salon and on the website most of the products can't ship as in international. My mom's friend has her hair natural and she lives in Denmark , and of course you gotta have products to make your hair works. But she couldn't find any AT ALL!!! Because their isn't any!!!
I hope that I'm not alone about this. And yes you can order it ONLINE ON INTERNET but it would be a lot of better they have on salon. ALLL natural hair products is only available in USA , which that sucks because they can get a lot of money too as well if they ship their products in international.
This is a other reason WHY most women go BACK to PERM because of it. YES there might be in other store if they research it and some them DON'T . And that's too sad. But I'm very disappointed that these natural brands are not available in international. I have also wanted to use Shea moisture and so many more but they are not here in Sweden back then. I decide that I wanted to share you guys about how I keep my protective style day and night, for guys. It's really simple and tips really for guys, who just want a simple moisture spray and at the same shine. If you don't have time, if you are going work, school or anything at all but you just want your protective style to be protected and moisture for the whole day. And IF you have these problem like you have dry scalp this recipe is going to help. But anyway THIS recipe is perfect for those who are have protective style. I do this every day and night.
This is what you need:
Spray bottle
Water
Moisturizing hair lotion or Leave in condition
(I use organic roots stimulator oil moisturizing hair lotion and Shea butter hair lotion)
Oil
(I use olive oil, Castro oil, Moroccan oil, beautiful textures Growth oil and textures my way mix oil YOU can choose any oils that you have at home. But make sure that the oil is PURE or 100 percent VIRGIN)
Here this a other recipe:
Water
oils
Mix it together and then you are DONE
I use everything in half of the spray bottle, after that I put water on the bottle as well half. After that mix really hard so that everything are mix together with water, you must shake and shake until you feel like it's okay.
When you are doing this recipe, you have to spray your protective style on the scalp and massage it DAY N NIGHT.
