I must say that is deep condition really helped my hair especially when you need the moisture and this does the job.  I love it. I did it on a dry hair and I also detangle it with a little bit of water. Since my hair needs a lot of moisture this couldn't be better I'm telling you the smell is amazing, and it's really creamy which is good because then the product will last longer. The price was medium okay I guess I mean it's not the end f the world. I discovered this product when I saw this review from discovering natural on YouTube. When I saw the result of it, I was like woow it gives shine,smooth,  soft , moisturize and detangled. It really does what it say on the product. Plus it is color protected. You can get this product any closes location at  maybe in target, ulta, cvs or even on their website.

I style my hair on the top dry, I twisted and then did a bantu-knot. The rest of the I just divided into four or five and then I braided to get more stretch out .I did everything on dry hair.  The next day I just un braid them and comb it out, smooth with my Shea moisture JBCO styling lotion and smooth my edges with the Shea moisture JBCO grow & restore edge treatment.  I just love how it look in the front LOL but at the back is okay.

Hey everyone I am still around

All my friends have been yelling me about this new vitamin, that I should post it and share my result and how is it and many more. My problem is that I don't want to disappoint you guys without no provement ,but now that I do have provement, I will just show you guys how it has been growing out so far. I have heard about these vitamins for so many times, I have researched it on YouTube, read some facts and talk about it with my friends. How Do The Vitamins Work?

It's a blow out style. I conditioned my hair yesterday with my new Shea moisture Superfruit 10 in 1, use their leavin ( Jamaican castor oil line) then I use the styling lotion  ( Jamaican castor oil line) and last but not least I also use the edge treatment for my edges and TADAA. This style is once again another updo style.
This is what it looks like at the back.  As you guys can see my black hair is already growing out.

I had this style from wednesday to monday. I didn't like it from it the begin but now I even liking it even more. I had on yesterday to church, it was so simple and easy. I'm so sorry that I haven't been blogging lately or putting some update on my hair. But if you are "Like my Facebook page" https://www.facebook.com/keepinitrealliz you could see that I have been more active there than I do here.

So what we have here is how you guys having protective braids and you want to wash it out, but you don't really want to wash it in the shower because it's heavy and everything well you know what I talking about... Well, my friend advice me that I should put the shampoo into my bottle, then sprays on my scalp. That little technic helped me a lot and it saves me a lot of time especially in the shower.

This mix is Super easy especially when you have protective style this will be very good your hair scalp to get in all that moisture into your hair.

 From the spray bottle I put in water, Cantu Shea butter hair lotion and my mix oils ( Coconut oil, Extra virgin Olive oil , Castro oil, TeeTre oil and Avocado oil. 

The only differences comparing those two is that on the spray bottle it has water in it but on the plastic jar I didn't put in water.
 Because in the ingredients( Cantu Shea butter hair lotion)  has already water in it so I don't need to put it more plus I wanted more like not to creamy or to lotion.

So what I did on the plastic jar was that I put in the same recipe but this time I put in Shea butter ( melt) in it and t then I mix it all together and put it on the fridge. As you can see on the second picture that's how the consistency looked like when I take it out from the fridge.

I use both of them to my protective style plus you can use it without protective style too. If you want more creamy on your mix you just need to buy a creamy cream instead of lotion.

I love my mix it's super easy. This is perfect for those you are student like me and to others as well.  It gives you the shiny on you hair plus soft and moisturize perfect for hair growth.  I high recommend this to all hair types!!!

Hey everyone

I wanted to share this beautiful hair style, that I made all myself. And this style is super easy. If your hair is not too long like mine, but you  still want to rock this classic hair bun then you can take this tips from me. But before you can do this style... you must stretch out your hair first before you do this. That's really important, make to stretch it out.

Don't use water otherwise your hair will shrink up again and trust me its not funny at all. And also make sure not put too much of gel, because some of the gels have water as a ingredients in it and if you take too much of it your hair will shrink up AGAIN. It happened to me when I was doing this style so I stop immediately.

I use my old Marley braid hair, I wash it out with shampoo of course and then I let it air dry put some Shea butter in it.


All you need is

• Marley braid hair
• Gel of your choice ( I took IC Hair polisher Styling gel )
• Oil ( Extra Virgin Olive oil)  
• Brush
• Bobby pins
• Hair band 
• Scarf

Moisturize your hair with oil. Put the gel all around your hair, make sure to not take too much like I said before.

Then smooth it out with your hair brush . And when you are done with it you make your hair like a puff or should I say like a ponytail with a hair band. After you are done with it you take your Marley braid hair circle it around it, it will turn to a bun all the suddenly. If you want to make it bigger you can take more Marley braid just like I did, take bobby pins on your Marley braid , otherwise you can stop right there.

 Take your scarf and tight your hair all over it the hair line, just to make it smoother and slick down. Now you are finish with your hair style by the meantime you can get dress before you really to hang out somewhere and don't forget to take out the scarf.
