This is what you need to make avocado treatment. (Coconut oil is just an optional )
Spoon
Avocado
Olive oil
Plate
Strainer or fork
I sickle the avocado in two then take them out and put it on the sil.
And press it down as you can see on the picture. I'm doing this because I want anything left from the avocado and I wanted smooth. if you don't have this brown thing please use fork instead.
It will turn like this afterwards. Then take 2 spoon of Olive oil and 2 spoon of Coconut oil. And mix them all together on the plate.
It should look like this.
I divided my hair in six section, just to make easy to finger detangling my hair. And smooth it in, massage it gently. Just like you are doing your perm. Make sure to do this treatment when your hair is DRY HAIR. Because you get better result then wet hair. I have always done my DC on DRY HAIR.

Wait 30 mins and then rinse it out with cool water.
Here are the result after 30 min. rinse it out with water and TADAA!!! I love it!!!

So today I just left my hair Afro puff today. (My hair is not stretch out)

First I want you guys to watch this video. Before you pop off with questions. This method has been one of the BEST natural community, in whole WORLD. This is one of the best advice EVER about how to moisturize your natural hair or how to keep it moisturize. That is the most important than EVER, so that your hair not get dry. This method works for everybody , it doesn't matter if your hair is curly,kinky, locs , wavy or frizzy.
This works. Now as you watched the video the method have two differences way to keep your hair moisturize, either is LOC- method or LCO- method.
What does LOC- method mean?
L= liquid =water
O= Oil
C= Cream
What does LCO-method mean?
L= liquid =water
C= Cream , leave in, or moisturizing hair lotion
O= Oil
How the LOC Method Works
Liquid (water) hydrates the hair. This is usually accomplished when you wash your hair. After washing your hair and rinsing it free of shampoo and/or conditioner, water remains.
As mentioned above, if water is not sealed into the hair shaft it will dry/evaporate. That’s why the next step in the process is essential.
Oil is the key in this equation. It coats the hair and locks in the moisturizing benefits of water and your conditioner. Jojoba oil is great because it’s a lightweight. Olive oil, coconut oil and Castor oil are also popular choices for many naturals.Cream is the final ingredient after applying an oil to your hair. Creams are heavier in weight than oils and provide a solid base to help keep the moisture sealed in to your hair. Those with fine hair should be careful with this step because heavy creams can easily weigh hair down.
I used to use LOC-method but I have change it to LCO-method, because that method works for much better than the LOC-method. In my LCO-method I use, Water , ORS Oil moisturizing hair lotion as my Cream and I use Olive oil, Coconut oil, and Castro oil all mix together as my Oil.
Most curly hair use either LOC-method or LCO-method but it depends on everybody and which works as well. I recommend to ALL MY KINKS SISTERS to use LCO - method to moisturizer your hair, because that's what works for us.

Today I wanted to share you guys DIY ( Do It Yourself) avocado treatment as in DC ( Deep condition).
This is my second time using avocado and I must say that I really love it for this winter term. It makes my hair soo SUPER SOFT. It has a lot of Good stuff in it, so I really recommended you guys to use it as well or if you already doing it then that is really awesome. I think that I put avocado in for this winter as my new update of DC. TO ALL MY KINKS WOMEN / SISTERS OUT THERE I SUGGEST THAT YOU GUYS TRY THIS AS WELL =)
I use avocado with Olive oil and Coconut oil as well. You don't have to put Coconut oil if you don't have it. Gently message it on my hair, smooth it and finger detangling my hair. Put plastic cup and waited 45 min and then I rinse it out with cool water. And the result came out really good.
Avocado is good for your skin and for your hair as well.

On this winter I needed some very very thick cream and I just forgot that.. I still have this cream lotion. ORS Olive Oil Moisturizing Hair Lotion, I did use this when my hair was relax and their brand as well but now that my hair is natural it still works for my hair. Which is sooo amazing to me and since I'm in the cold weather I needed also a oil as well.
So I mix the lotion and put Extra Virgin Olive oil and Extra Virgin Coconut oil and Castro oil and then I just mix it all together and put it on my small bottle with heart on it. I use my creamy mix every day and night and so far it has been reallly good to me. I really recommend you guys try this especially to all my KINKS WOMEN OUT THERE.
ORS Olive Oil Moisturizing Hair Lotion is of course organic but it's not because it has Petrolatum.
But the otherwise it's good, as long as it works for my hair. That's what it really matters to me. I love it btw hihi =)

As you can see I have tried so hard, to find which products works for my Wash n Go. I have watched so many and many channels on YouTube about have to get the look. I know that Wash n Go its not for everybody but I decide to give it a try. And I did actually succeed it but I didn't succeed to get my kink curls, because it took me for long to do the wash n go and my hair was really really wet and all that. I just couldn't take it anymore LOL. My arms were really tired.
As you can see on the picture, when I do NOT have no products on my hair...it get really frizzy and to get that kinks curls out I have to use either Gel or Mouse with curl pudding. Yes, this time I learned it LOL.
What I use :
-Co-wash or shampoo your hair first
- Don't let your hair be dry use water bottle spray
- LOC-method or LCO
- Shea butter
- Coconut oil
- Eco style gel
- Hair bean
You have smooth one step at the time, so that you don't get the flakes on your hair. I know that Wash n Go can be really hard, but just give a try like I did. What I did as mistake was not doing the technique to get my kinks curls popping but next time I will do it again. Yolanda Renee has good advice here about wash n go. I have watched this video and I must say it WORK!!!!

Here are the process from the straw set result.
It lasted really good but first day.... it was a lot of definition than the rest of the days but I like it anyway.
And I also had difference of styles too , but I will tell you that the shrinkage is no JOKE it's real . As you can see on my pictures . Day 6 was really frizzy and the kinks were popping which I like, I still moisturize every day and night but this weekend I haven't done my DC yet. But I will do it on Monday for sure because I getting also tired of this style anyway LOL. But yea....What do you guys think?
On Sunday, I wanted to look a little bit different with my hair. So I check it on Youtube and I came across to Straw set.... I was like Can you style your hair with Straw set????=OO WOOOW that sounds crazy but it WORKS.... trust me it does. So I wanted to do the same thing. I went to town searching for not thinning straw set but in the medium size because y'all know that nobody have time to do over 200 straw set. That's too much. I found one with 50 straw set in it so I cut them in a half and started to do this style on Friday since I didn't have nothing to do.
I put on my hair: LCO ( that I had it already)
spray water , texture my way keep it curly curl pudding
and then I put the the same brand with mouse on it

I twist my hair and then I put straw set in my hair and take bobby pins.
I did 72 straw set I was a little bit worried about how I going to sleep. But I must say it was really comfortable , it was much better than rollers. Can't wait the result tomorrow.
